" Good hotel at bargain rates at the center of kuta. They offer free airport transfers and day tours at affordable prices. Very near to water boom Bali and offer discount tickets as well in hotel. The hotel room and construction is old, but like any beach resort, it's maintained well.

The breakfast is good, If you prebook they can offer Indian breakfast as well. "

" Nice location but an old hotel that is in need of upgrades. The WiFi is unusable in the room and the TV is tiny. The shower water temperature cannot be adjusted and is often far too hot. The hotel is in a nice but very busy area so the rooms can also be quite loud at night. The A/C isn't that strong and only two bottles of water per day are included with the room. Personally I do not believe this hotel should have a 5 star rating... Maybe a 4, but a 3.5 would be more accurate.
The hotel pool is quite nice though and good for children. "

" Had better hotels in Bali. Staff is not very friendly and the entire hotel appears old, the walls and rooms look like they'd need some renovation work done. Also the place is very noisy. Pool area is nice though, therefore two stars and not only one. "

Pool with Basketball and Volleyball awesome is good to spent a lazy day.

Kids Play Area and Gym to work out on vacation is nice.

Jalnidhi Spa unreasonably expensive as compared to other professional spa services in nearby areas.

Vast breakfast choices from English, Continental, Organic, fried, roasted and local food nicely presented in the big hall with both veg and non-veg options served by couteous staff. I used to crave for more daily even after stomach full.

Prompt Room Service, Safety Vault inside, Wifi very slow.

Ball room is not inside hotel but few hundred meters away from hotel.

One of our friend complained for bed bugs and the hotel staff promptly offered a room change.

Food of associated Restaurant (Rang Mahal) located just outside the hotel on the left is expensive and poor service. The food was not good as well atleast for Hindu Vegeterians. "

" Stayed here for two weeks and the stay was average. Not up to standards for a five star hotel and the money we paid for the hotel also. We requested a pool view room but got a room on the opposite side next to loud construction noises. So we asked to be moved, which the hotel staff were very good and gave us a pool view and a nice room. They are smaller then I thought though and could be better updated more but was better then our last room. We also requested a late check out but that too we couldn't get as apparently they need us out by midday for other guests and our flight wasn't until 10:40pm at night. The buffet breakfast was not as good as I thought it was. We got given food vouchers at the start of our stay and asked if it could be used for the breakfast and they said yes but when we got there we couldn't. Could find a better breakfast place down the road. We also ordered room service food one night and the lady never gave us back our change. Overall, the staff are nice and the rooms are ok. Wouldn't pay the money we did for it though. Pool area is good also. "

Wifi is terribly slow and runs like a lame, hairy goat. A lot of room for improvement.

" Worst WIFI I have ever had. Needed to go out into the balcony to sign in, every time you locked your phone and got back into it you needed to sign in. Being we were only the first story up from reception the wifi shouldn't have been that bad, being in reception for wifi also wasn't great it was better going to a bar with free wifi. " The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best part of my stay were the breakfast buffets. The atmosphere and the presentation of the buffet was excellent. The quality was also quite satisfactory.

The hotel is a little bit on the older side but it felt comfortable. The biggest complain I have were the mosquitos in the reception area. They were vicious. "
