" Best hotel we stayed in Indonesia. We have seen the new years fireworks as well from the terrace pool which was a great spectacle. The room was extremely clean and comfy. Of course on the upper side of price but we needed a good treat for NYE after staying in low accommodation standard. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. "

" The hotel is great, clean and well maintained. There is a great view from the rooftop pool. Reception, pool, waiter and waitress staff are excellent always treat us with smile and very attentive. We love the breakfast with tasty food and have lots option. However our first impression was not so good. The security need to be trained how to treat local guest. Me and my girlfriend book a stay, we are local guest and went there by a motorbike. The security at front gate even not greet us until we said we would like to check in, the security at basement parking also treat us the same. "

" Great beds and comfy room. Staff are nice and chatty. Nice rooftop pools and deck area. Wouldnt recommend for young kids though. Pools a bit too open for young kids especially with inflatables. Location is a bit out of the way. Only tried food at breakfast and it wasnt very good. Chicken sausage, chicken bacon, etc....yuck. Kids seemed happy enough with the spaghetti from room service. "

Pros:
The hotel is brand new.
The hotel provides a fitness center, 2 restaurants, a infinity pool.
The room provides a secure lock, nice and cosy bett, a television, a cabinet and a AC.
Cons: The houseceeping didn't cleant the Bathhroom during our stay, we also had a espresso mashine in our room but they havend offered some capsule so i called the front desk and they said they will bring it upstaires - after 24h i still havent rwcieved some capsule - so i called again and it took again 2 houres ! To lobg for 2 capsules of coffee. And guess what they didn't refill these capsule again.
Each room provides a Fridge but it isn't equiped with minibar stuff, that should be there.
We had a deluxe room but the deluxe room was facing the big street infront of the hotel it was definitly noticeable !!
They apply with hot water in the shower but its not getting realy hit - better take a shower at the rooftop. "

" Overall bagus, posisi pool di roof, pelayanan ramah, makanan enak, free wifi tapi ada kekurangan sedikit pada posisi closet terlalu tinggi sekitar 5cm dari standar. Wallpaper ada yang lepas mungkin perlu sedikit maintenence. Overall is recommend hotel to stay in "

" I stayed 2 nights here. And every morning they always knock your door , wake u up to clean the room. But the thing is the "DO NOT DISTURB" button is ON. And at the last day, when i was sleeping they just come into my room and to clean the room ! How rude is that? I was gonna check out that day. Why can't they just wait? They knocked the door 3 times in one morning! The hotel was nice but the housekeeper has no manners. "

" На удивление отличный отель. Заезжали ночью и были слегка расстроены местом положения отеля. Пешком передвигаться по улицам не возможно, улицы не освещены, тротуары разбиты. Но только на следующий день оценили его истинную привлекательность: отель находится на равном удалении от большинства достопримечательностей и пляжей. Взяли в отеле на прокат байк по цене 75к рупий (около 5$) и погнали. Отель новый, персонал очень дружелюбный. Очень классные два бассейна на крыше.

Есть правда одно НО: рядом с отелем днём идёт вялая стройка. Мы пережидали её на пляже, чего и вам советуем. "
