" Premier suites are the best. Deluxe (cheapest) is on the second floor with a balcony. Not bad. Signature suites have an outside bathtub. Great if you like to be outside but pests can be an issue. I find premier to be the perfect option. Ground floor. Ten steps away from the pool and garden and enclosed bathroom.
27 January 2018Rooms are pretty spacious. And finally someone got the shower right! The rain shower is in an enclosed space with a door. So many other places I’ve been to....water splash all over the floor where you don’t want to.
Service is the same otherwise. They give you 4 glass bottles of water everyday - for drinking and teeth brushing. So generous and fancy!
Towels are available by the pool and also by the beach. There’s a private walkway down to the beach...maybe 3-5 minute walk. There’s a guard there at all times, which is nice.
We did not opt for the breakfast option - which is served next door at their restaurant glass door or you can take a 5-10 minute walk to their sister property Segara Village Hotel by the beach. The facilities are shared so you can have breakfast there. Instead, we found a few local places nearby we really enjoyed.
Area - Sanur in the low season is kind of dead. Not necessarily the place you wan to be for nightlife. But if you want quiet, beach time, and peace. This is the place. "

" We stayed for ten nights over Christmas. A very peaceful, luxurious location. Right on the main Sanur Beach road but you wouldn't guess when inside. We stayed in the bottom tier upstairs room because I did not want to walk directly out to the pool area from our room, a choice I am happy I made, though there would be no real issue because the hotel is so small. The room was modern with a luxurious feel. Water pressure was excellent as was the free wifi. I would advise bringing a portable speaker and iPod if you wish to listen to music as there is no radio in the room. The pool area is great and it doesn't shut down at dusk. You can sit in the pool in the dark watching the bats circling overhead cleaning up the mozzies!
31 December 2016Breakfast was included at the Glasshouse Restaurant next door. They also provide the room service and poolside drinks. Breakfast was very good with adequate choices and the employees were lovely. We had breakfast at another restaurant on one occasion and ended up having a second breakfast back at the Glasshouse!
I would highly recommend this hotel to any couples looking for somewhere peaceful but with good access to the rest of the island. Sanur itself is much quieter that Kuta or Seminyak but within easy distance of both by car. "

We had a deluxe suite by the pool. Their sister hotel by the beach with restaurant called Birdhouse and the spa is quality with reasonable prices. "

" Our stay here was short-lived but overall pretty nice. I don't think I have any complaints for this hotel, but I also don't have anything to rave about. It was pretty pricey for Bali, and I felt like it fell a bit short of what our expectations were from the price. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're looking to stay in this neighborhood. "
