" We recently stayed for 7 nights, with up 8 people staying at one point. The location was amazing, with revolver coffee 20 steps from the front door. The villa was great, although has aged and does need a refresh. The noise from surrounding bars were not an issue, while it could be heard outside the rooms, once in the bedrooms the aircon and fans drowned out the noise. The living area is extremely sheltered which prevents much air movement, which made hanging out during the day difficult. The one ceiling fan and one pedestal fan wasn't sufficient for the area. We found the pool was cool and didn't spend much time in the water, with the pool remaining in shade for most of the day. The staff were great and the cooked breakfast was fantastic. Overall our stay was great and would recommend the villa for any group wanting stay close to the action of eat street. "

" Friendly staff, great location, easy to reach, wifi is good everywhere in the villa, well equipped kitchen, nice breakfast, fast maintenance if needed; but the villa is pretty used. "
