" The boat seems safe which is why it get two stars. Everything else avoid. It will be the last boat leaving harbour for the agreed time e.
g. 1pm becomes 3:30pm.

Office also sends touters outside who wont leave you alone and will follow you around the dock and try to sell tickets for 4x price. Speak to people in the office for a fair price of approx 300k IDR for a single Good luck! "

" *If you buy a return ticket, you must check in 48 hours before depart or you loose your seat, ask for check in upon buying your return if staying 2 days. Ekajaya does not inform customers and I met various people who had to buy a new ticket.

Transfer from Padangbai to Gili Air went pretty smooth. Only (big) complaint I have is that you really don't need a return ticket. Guy told me a return is over double the price, simply untrue so declined, there is options enough on every island. "

" Most reliable and bigger (= safest) boat to go to Gilis, especially when there are big waves... The entire crew is really friendly and helpful... BUT if you expecting to get a cappuccino and fresh crossaints, you should NOT travel to these places and stop writing useless negative reviews.. "

" We had a total rip off. We bought a return ticket from Padang Bai to Gili Meno online. The first part of the trip was okay'ish. With some delays and chaos. Not too much info. But possible to follow. After beautiful few days in Meno we turned up early in the port to go through all the procedures and take our boat back to Bali. After issuing our ticket local agents got back to us saying that we need to give it back and show another boarding pass that we received in Padang Bai and we had to keep and were told to do so. NO ONE EVER TOLD US ANYTHING besides go here and there. After few calls with office in Bali, we were told it's impossible that no-one informed us about keeping our papers. In the end we were not allowed on the boat we payed for and we're forced to loose the trip. And buy another ticket... There wasn't a smallest point where the agents were willing to help out or meet in the middle. It was all our responsibility and their operations are run perfect. Perfect my ass. Never along the trip I felt so disrespected and frustrated. "

" This "fast" boat company is a perfect introduction to Balinese meditation. Offering unparalleled opportunities to wait around in the midday sun, they wisely insist that passengers turn up an hour early for a boat that is nearly an hour late. Fine planning, to ensure you buy some expensive snacks. Then arriving in Bali, another chance to contemplate for many moments, as the boat rocks aimlessly at the port entrance, like a metaphor for the unexamined life. Stand around, work your core muscles as the craft sways, take time to go through your tax receipts, or maybe write a nice long Google review. Om. "

" Closing the emergency exit from the outside (to prevent people from going upstairs) is a no go! Furthermore, basic service. The way back from Gili T to Padangbai took 3 hours. Keep that in mind. "

" Don't believe any word from this company. The will tell u your boat will be in 30 min, but u can wait 5 hours. No sorry, no explanations. Never go with them "

" Absolute no-go!

Time schedule are not reliable at all (we were asked to be at the meeting point at 10.30. The boat came at 12).

Staff is rude and not helpful.
We were told that it would take us 3 hours all included (boat and shuttle car) to get from the Gili Islands to central Bali. It actually took us 5 hours for the boat part only. No shuttle bus when we arrived in Padangbai, we had to get a taxi.

I advise you to take another company. "
