" The security is extremely aggressive, when we accidentally parked in the wrong location they came up to us yelling. We apologized and began to move our motor-bikes. Before we got on our bikes one of the security threw our helmets in the water. When we asked "why?" and for him to get it out they KICKED another person scooter over and into the water upside down and tried to pick a fight with us. The manager was of no help, he seemed afraid of them. They refused to even give us an apology, they went as far as to follow and harass us at the Pizza spot next door. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. "

" So so good! Food was great with lots of local flavor, the shop was unreal with tons of stock and choice. I got a haircut also at the barbers who was super friendly and managed to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. And check out the custom bike and board sections they are great! "

" Arrived at a perfect time, sunset and happy hour. All drinks were buy 1 get 1 free. The ambiance is really chilled and a nice spot to drink. Wasn’t much of a fan of the food though. Ordered the dip plate and the dip to bread ratio was completely off. We had so much bread left over because we used all the dip on the small spoons. I would rather have 2-3 large portions of dip than 6 small ones to choose from. The bread on its own wasn’t that nice. "

" Deus an iconic name in Bali located in canggu the place is easy to find dropped in for a coffee there while waiting for my board cover to be made. Deus has a great show with classical vintage boards made on site nice clothing shop to appeal to anyone loving the look and feel of the Deus brand. There is an amazing cafe with a great selection of food which caters for all goodies very priced. As I a lover of coffee latte is my thing. Great grind good coffee the staff professional and helpful.

" The place is fantastic - a very cool combination of surf/skate shop, motorcycle garage, art studio and cafe. Definitely worth a visit it you're coming through. Went very early in the morning to grab a coffee and juice and was very happy with the overall experience of the cafe.

" Taco Tuesday- had only heard amazing things about this place until I went waited for 3 hours to get a place on the board for a tattoo. The food was incredible but the tattoo is going to cost me thousands of nz dollars get removed it is something out off a horror film which should have been a VERY easy tattoo. As soon as he was done I tried to tell the tattooist who ignored me. After which I tried to ask staff to ask the other tattooist to fix it I was told no because he had to many to get through. I was happy to wait as long as possible. Now I'm left with a horrible excuse of a tattoo with a lot of money going on removal which wil result in a horrible scar. Go for the food but stay clear of the tattoos!! "

" This place was super busy. The staff weren't very attentive as seemed outnumbered by customers. We ordered a few dishes to share and we're disappointed with one of them (the other two being fries and chicken wings - fairly hard to get wrong) we ordered the dip sharing platter, which came with Greek dips - I've been to Greece many times and never tasted anything like these. The hummus was just about edible but flavourless and oily, the rest aren't even worth mentioning - the worst part was receiving 'focaccia' that was entirely flat... which is the complete opposite of what focaccia is. After mentioning it to multiple staff and what seemed to be the manager, there was little care or apologies as they had started a new menu that night that had apparently been trialled before. We asked multiple members of staff for various items throughout the evening and kept just getting ignored and forgotten about. Wouldn't be going back here in a hurry unfortunately. Shame as it looks lovely and seems to have good potential and great space. "

" Had an excellent meal at Deus our first night in Canggu, with extremely fast service and great, attentive waiters and waitresses. It was so good we went back 2 days later, during the day, and ordered the same thing. The service was not great and unfortunately in the 24 hours following our meal, the Deus burger, we were sick and unable to leave our bungalow. The bad outweighed the good in this case, and I would not return here. "

They host various different events, and often have live music. The mood is relaxed, but the service is quite efficient. The menu is typical international with burgers, salads, fish, pasta and pizza.
Local wine is available as well as local beer.
You are also able to get a haircut and a shave, it that is what you fancy. "

Thank baby Jesus that they serve cocktails with straws, or half the bearded bros in this place wouldn’t be able to get the drinks in their mouths. But don’t let any of that scare you away, a Deus happy hour is a must, it’s still one of the classics. Surprise surprise, it’ll about the wine here - they have more than just the yellow and pink Plaga (Bali’s wine of choice) on tap, and because of the heavy import fees, happy hour is the ONLY time you wanna be downing glass after glass. Careful not to order the pre-made cocktails in a bottle, those are the only thing that’s not on special, and they won’t tell you until it’s time to pay. "

" Unfortunately google reviews does not allow split ratings. So here comes my manual split. 1) The location, the backyard cinema, the selection of vintage motorcycles and everything that comes form the BBQ ..are just making you want to marry this place. I just wouldn't know how to improve it..
