" The staff are unbelievably friendly and make this place what it is - I was staying over my birthday and was surprised with cake & decorations outside my room. The rooms are spacious, and the pool is huge. Jimbaran beach should be stunning but there's a huge amount of litter everywhere which ruins it a little. Otherwise, all round a great hotel. "

21 January 2018An amazing experience. Little difficult to find and despite its years now trading under the new brand still far to unknown. Also didn't know they had a property near Ubud:(
The team was from the moment we arrived till we walked out attentive and very nice.
Love the wide open setting, water feature, design ...of Jimbaran Puri.
The Lobster Menu was well prepared and pretend by the Italian Chef and his team. Service was especially for Bali standards outstanding.
Management was all present and on top of the guest experience.
Only negative comment, wish we'd had more time to spend here. Certainly a place to visit again. "
