" Good customer services; it's always busy but queues usually don't take very long thanks to their many customer service officers posted at all times. You dont have to wait when staff are having lunch thanks to the sufficient number of staff working (unlike in many other banks/branches). I've been to this branch several times this past year and it's always the case. You can make instant coffee and get packaged mineral water when you wait. During lunch hour, often, staff would give you some snacks as well. The little gestures that's very much appreciated. Overall a very good service from a very good bank. "

" This is by far, is the best bank service and building i've ever been. But that's because i've never been to big main branch of a bank, but still they greet us warmly, not only the teller persons but also the security. I don't see many queue that morning but i think all posts are manned, so i'm sure even there happen to be many customers, all can be served quickly. place is cozy and clean. parking lot is big and easy and there are a lot of securities to help you with anything. "

" Lokasi di pinggir jalan raya, dengan parkiran juga luas, ada yang khusus ke ATM saja atau untuk ke dalam. Dari parkir saja pelayanan sdh ramah, mobil diatur dan dibantu agar rapi. Sebelum masuk ke bank dicek isi tas dengan metal detector dan juga melewati body scanner.
04 April 2018Ruang tunggu nyaman disediakan minuman gelas, saat menunggu ada staff / karyawan yang menawarkan kopi dan snack beng-beng, wah beda nih dibanding dengan yang di Tangerang 😅
CS ada 8, tapi saat jam istirahat begini jam 12.13 masih 7 yang melayani, salut dah. "
