" One of the best 4 star hotel in Kuta Bali. Large room and bed. Provide you with swimming pool, kid pool, children playground and also spa for adults. Easy and near access to jalan raya legian and kuta beach only 20 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfest also gives you a good taste woth indonesian food and also european food. Very recomended place to stay in Kuta Bali Indonesia. "

" Very clean. Staff very friendly great security. F no ice pool. Bar. Walking in or out not safe due to high traffic volume. Car bike is used. Security on premises stops traffic so you can enter exit safely. Restraint and 24hr room service "

" This hotel is very close to Denpasar, Airport, and Kuta. The room rate is medium. The staff are friendly.
29 November 2017It has spacious lobby area. The restaurant is also quite large. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The have open seating for smokers.
The guest rooms are at the back and are nice although not vary very spacious. Room facilities are very nice and quite complete ... and some are unique in its design and material. "

08 November 2017The area around the hotel is worse and to across the street is dangerous (main Street). You can walk around the hotels to some restaurants. In the lobby are a few taxi driver waiting and are ready to annoy you with screaming “taxi“ “taxi“
Even when you are waiting for the hotel shuttle to kuta in the lobby the taxi try to persuade you to drive with him.
The hotel shuttle bus to kuta drive at 10 am and 2 pm.
The Internet in the Room is slow.
The room with balcony is nice but the bedroom is a little bit small. The room is clean. We payed 640.933 pre night in November 2017. We stayed 3 nights in hotel B. The sound level between midnight and 6 am was low.
We can't recommend the Hotel for that what you have to pay,is it easy, to find something better. "

" Sorry, nice hotel, but too noisy and too far to walk to anything. Really disappointed after I couldn't get to sleep from 12 midnight when I arrived and people slamming doors, talking LOUD in corridor which echoed everything. Noise still going on till after 8am. So moved hotel. ☹ Also staff made a mistake with my booking and were not at all helpful. I was told unless I paid again I was not checking in! Already paid in full !! Gad to call my husband to get his ctedit card details!! Staff eventually found the booking, but I was already upset and stressed by this point 45.min later. I would not come here again. Sorry😣. If you want a good night sleep and a nice walk to the beach and shopping this is not for you unfortunately. Avoid!! "

Also do not put any money for deposit, it is uncertain that you will get it back or not at the time of checking out. "

Giving 4 instead of 5 starts because It's a bit far away (you kind of have to get a car to go anywhere if you don't know how to cross six lane Balinese road) and a bit disappointed for the breakfast (various choices but very few good ones).
